Hitomi Hayashi
As an Officer for Kopernik Japan, Hitomi is in charge of project management, improving workflow, and back office operations support such as human resources, accounting, general affairs, and public relations.
Prior to Kopernik, Hitomi was a founding member of an IT company where she established the business, recruited more than a hundred engineers coming from different countries in under one year, and managed large-scale projects. To contribute to the achievement of the SDGs, Hitomo started in-house programming classes for families with single-parents and launched an innovation project with a university in Japan. Continuing her commitment in supporting the achievement of the SDGs, she is now working at Kopernik.
