THE PARTNERSHIP

Wonder Women Western Indonesia program is part of the "Roadmap for promoting women's economic empowerment" initiative by Exxon Mobil Foundation. The initiative analyzed programs across four categories – entrepreneurship, farming, wage employment and young women’s employment – assessing how these interventions increased women’s productivity and earnings across different economic and social contexts. The Wonder Women Western Indonesia program supports Indonesian women to become entrepreneurs, boosting their income and empowering them at individual, household and community levels. The program addresses poverty by improving the livelihoods of women living in the last mile (SDG #1). Secondly, the program addresses gender inequality, SDG #5. Third, the program addresses sustainable and inclusive economic growth, SDG #8.
